LEESBURG - The junior college route could not be a better fit for Leesburg seniors Jason Currington and Jed Bedford.

Currington and Bedford, who helped their team win 29 games this past season, were quick pickups by Seminole Community College and Gulf Coast Community College, respectively.

The pair are the 30th and 31st college signees since Pat Todd became the Yellow Jackets' boys basketball coach four years ago.

Currington, who enjoyed some big scoring games for the Yellow Jackets this season, is staying close to home at Seminole Community College and envisions himself fitting into a Division I program after his sophomore year.
