Clayton State's Brandon Kelley (Leesburg High School, Leesburg Florida) really didn't care how his team's first-round Division II Tournament game looked.
Sure, the Lakers blew a big lead late, but No. 25 Clayton State recovered to advance to the next round.
"We're just happy to be here," Kelley said.
Michael Sloan knocked down a pair of huge 3-pointers in overtime Saturday as the Lakers fended off Catawba, 72-69, at Christenberry Fieldhouse.
