LEESBURG 53, EASTSIDE 49: At Ocala, the Rams outscored the top-seeded Yellow Jackets in the final quarter, but couldn't catch Leesburg, falling in the District 5-4A tournament semifinals. The loss ends Eastside's season at 14-12.
Freshman Jake Strader led the Rams in scoring with 12 points. Senior Rodney Mills added 11 points.
Joe Toolie led the Jackets (23-3) with 15 points and Teron Wallace had 12.
Leesburg, which clinched a playoff berth with the victory, plays No. 2 seed Lake Weir for the district title tonight at Ocala Vanguard High.
